The Ashford Museum is situated in the main Churchyard.
The Museum is run entirely by volunteer staff who mainly act as stewards on opening days. The Museum’s contents include many displays covering the history of the town and rooms solely dedicated to the Ashford Railway Works’ 150 year history.
The museum now offers cover of the centenary of the outbreak of WW1, including photographs and items from that period.
We do not charge an entry fee but are always grateful to receive donations.
