What better way to enjoy the long May bank holiday weekend than soaking up the sunshine and browsing the delicious food and drink on offer at Ashford Farmers’ Market.

The market, which takes place as usual on the 1st Sunday of every month from 10am - 2pm, will be packed with local traders selling fresh home-grown produce.

This is your chance to pick up some fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables without having to visit your local farm. Find everything you need from locally reared game and meats, award-winning cheeses, as well as a selection of sweet and savory treats right on your doorstep, on Ashford’s lower high street.

If you’ve got the taste for a late Sunday morning breakfast, then pop along to Jay’s Breakfast Hut and pick yourself up a delicious pan au chocolate, buttery croissant or muffin to kick start your day!

This month’s market will also be welcoming a brand new Baker on board with Gary’s Artisan Bakery. Gary will be serving up fresh brownies, buns and flapjacks throughout the day for visitors to enjoy and take home as a Sunday afternoon treat.
