The new affordable bridal retail store will occupy unit 22 of Park Mall Shopping Centre, with generous space to browse dresses. It is the company’s first store in Kent creating 10 new jobs in the area.
WED2B will stock hundreds of gowns in different designs, in sizes 6-30 all priced under £699 (excluding their Platinum Edition). It will also offer bridesmaids’ dresses, a wide selection of bridal accessories and has plenty of space for bridal party fittings, with spacious changing rooms.
Brides-to-be can visit at any time without an appointment and browse the five unique bridal collections in the store. All dresses are off-the-peg, so brides can take their dream dress home with them on the day.
The company, which was started in 2009, has grown to be the UKs largest bridal retailer with 35 stores nationwide, from Glasgow to Brighton. With new styles in stores every week they have revitalised the way brides shop for wedding dresses.
The company say that Ashford was a prime location as it complements its existing bridal store network across the UK. With great transport links, brides-to-be from all over Kent and the South East are now within easy reach of its newest bridal store.
The WED2B brand is backed by British financier Javad Marandi, the investor behind Soho House Group's highly successful Soho Farmhouse hotel.
