Do you hate waste? Are you interested in the ever-popular topic of recycling and plastic? Are you arty and crafty? Well we have the perfect combination for you!

Made in Ashford are holding four special ‘re(F)use’ workshops where you’ll receive tips and advice on how to cut down on your waste, be able to have open discussions and chats with like-minded people and create some fun and arty pieces at the same time!

This week is National Recycle Week, so the idea is for you guys to collect all the plastic you use throughout the week, bring this to the session and this material will be the basis of your creation!

In our busy lives, we rely on plastic a lot more than people think- this is a great opportunity to witness how much you use as well as giving it a second life!

If you’re interested in coming along then please join in the project by collecting your plastic waste throughout next week! Don’t forget to save the date and more details will follow for you to register for the workshop.

The sessions take place in Made in Ashford, located in Park Mall in Ashford Town centre on:

Friday 5th October, 10.30am
Friday 12th October, 10.30am
Friday 19th October, 10.30am
