Now that spring has sprung and the days are warmer, Ashford’s Farmers’ Market plans to bring some seasonal treats to the table with it’s bumper April event.
The bumper market will be held on Sunday 3rd April from 10am to 2pm on the lower High Street and will be packed with local traders selling their fresh, home-grown produce.
Visitors are in for a treat as the special bumper market will have a range of delicious seasonal produce including fruit and vegetables from PJ Produce, fresh meat from Stour Valley Game and Naturally Wild Game, plus international treats from Millbank Olives and The French Delicatessen.
This month’s market will also welcome local caterers, Chives Catering, serving up freshly made buffet snacks, plus we’ll be welcoming back Cocoabell with their creamy homemade chocolates.
The market will have some fabulous entertainment lined up too; as you browse the stalls and soak up the atmosphere, listen to guitarist and singer/songwriter, Fred Clark from Maidstone, as well as DJ Gideon who will be playing classic 50s and 60s tunes on vinyl.
Don’t forget, as ever, there will be FREE parking for customers in Edinburgh Road & Flour Mills car park at the bottom of East hill.
