Arriving on Friday 2nd February 2018 the winner will have a two night stay at this Introduction to Yoga and Mindfulness Retreat, hosted by Liberty Wellbeing founder Jennie Lichfield.

A grade I listed Stuart manor house featuring a wealth of period detailing, the hotel is set in 22 acres of park land and is the perfect place for a two day stay where you can take the time to focus on your health and wellbeing this winter.
The prize consists of an all inclusive two night’s accommodation at the hotel, all meals, plus the schedule of yoga, tai chi and mindfulness classes. Liberty Wellbeing is an Ashford based company run by Jennie Lichfield that specialises in balancing mental and physical wellbeing through meditation, mindfulness and yoga. The company has recently had to expand its staff from one to several due to the massive demand for more mindfulness based courses in the town. Jennie has been running her courses and classes for several years, but in recent months has had to take on several other teachers to help out with the increase in numbers on waiting lists. A full programme of yoga, tai chi, pilates and meditation and mindfulness classes run regularly, giving people from the area a variety of different ways to seek mental wellbeing. There is also an exclusive Team Liberty club that allows members access to exclusive events such as mindfulness craft evenings or moonlit meditation walks.
Meditation and mindfulness have had a massive surge in popularity recently, and as a way of combatting stress, anxiety and depression, they are now being seen as serious alternatives to anti-depressants and anti-anxiety medication.
