Ashford Food & Drink Festival Main Stage

As part of the Ashford Food & Drink Festival we have a fantastic line up of live music, food and drink demonstrations, dance and theatre acts as well as Sam Griffin on the decks!

🎤12:00 – 12:15  Sam Griffin -  Bringing you the perfect side dish for your gourmet burger and a refreshing soundtrack to go with your English fizz, Ashford’s very own Sam Griffin will be running the decks for the ultimate festival afternoon! Sam will transform the stage from lunch through to an early evening party with her trademark warmth and inclusive energy – so make sure you grab a plate and let Sam provide the tunes from 12 to 7pm, alongside hosting live music, food demos and dance performances!

💃🏻12:15 – 12:45  Galaxy Dance & Gymnastics - Based in Park Street, in the heart of Ashford Town Centre, get ready to feast your eyes on some serious talent as we are thrilled to announce the dancers and gymnasts will be adding a massive burst of energy to the festivities with a powerhouse performance showcasing their strength, flexibility and flair!

🍚13:00 – 13:30  Kokoro Ashford - Get ready to roll with the masters of Korean cuisine! We are ecstatic to welcome back the team from Kokoro, based in Ashford Town Centre, for a live sushi making demonstration that is as much an art form as it is a snack. Watch a live masterclass in precision as the team creates their iconic, fresh sushi right before your eyes and discover why Kokoro means “heart” and how that passion goes into their work.

💃🏻13:45 – 14:15  L2D Studios and Theatretrain Ashford - Get ready for a double dose of Ashford’s finest performing arts talent as the Ashford Town Centre studios take over Elwick Place in a full-blown celebration of creativity, confidence and community! These young stars will be bringing a high-octane performance bringing the West End to the High Street with a showcase of theatre, song and dance!

🍹14:15 – 14:45  Valeries  - Located in the lower High Street, Mike and his team are getting to raise a glass with you all as they return to demonstrate their famous cocktails with a few tasters too! Watch as they shake up some festival magic and share tips on how to create the perfect pour. Discover why the day will be just a little bit better with a shaken not stirred twist from the Valerie’s team!

🎭14:45 – 15:15  Blue Phoenix Productions - Also known as the powerhouse team behind Ashford Pantomime, they perform all year and are bringing their signature flair and unadulterated stage magic to Elwick Place in Ashford Town Centre! With a show stopping routine, these performers are full of creativity and entertainment and will guarantee to leave you smiling.

🎶15:30 – 16:10  The Rec  - Bringing their live music energy to the stage at Elwick Place, get ready to turn the volume up Ashford for these homegrown heroes with a mix of their original hits and a serving of familiar favourite tunes. Whether you’re a die-hard fan or discovering them for the first time between bites of a burger, grab a pint, get to the front and party with the boys from The Rec!

💃🏻16:20 – 16:45  Ashford Salsa -  Spicing things up at Elwick Place, we are thrilled that the rhythm-makers make a return to the festival following their fantastic performance last year! Forget just watching – this is your chance to get moving as they will turn the whole space into an open-air fiesta. Experience the infectious, sunny vibes of Cuban Salsa and watch a jaw-dropping performance by the pro’s too with an easy to follow workshop for all!

🎶17:00 – 17:30  Fred Clark  - This incredibly talented acoustic singer-songwriter will be performing live on the Elwick Place stage. A true staple of the Kent music scene, Fred is known for his surfy pop vibe that is just made for an outdoor festival! With tunes that will get everyone moving, his blend of pop, folk, and infectious melodies is the ideal accompaniment to a cold drink. Expect a performance filled with feel-good summer hits!

🎶17:45 – 18:30  The Creaks - Bringing their signature sound live to the stage at Elwick Place, from soulful melodies to rocking beats, they will have the whole crowd grooving. Bringing a good-time energy that is impossible to resist with powerhouse vocals and fantastic instrumentals, get ready to be front and centre to witness this amazing band!
