As part of Ashford's international women's day line up, join this fun, free creative writing workshop in Harpers cafe, Victoria Park. There are two sessions to choose from.
10.00-11.00Am - Family storytelling and writing workshop.
In this open workshop children and families can explore the work of international female writers through creative activities such as haiku writing, acrostics, found poetry and puppetry. Free, no need to book.
11:15am-12:15pm- Women and words.
A safe writing space for anyone who identifies as female where we will explore a range of writing prompts as well as the work of acclaimed female writers. We will work towards creating our own finished pieces. Free but spaces are limited.
